We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.
- There is no charge for appointments canceled before the close of business on the day before your appointment
- If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service
- Please ask us about extenuating circumstances; we will try to accommodate reasonable requests with proper documentation
- Multiple violations of these policies may be grounds for us to terminate our business with you
