Our goal is to help you feel better. Sometimes that is as simple as a moment to relax from life’s stress and tension. Other times, it may require inquiry into pain or injury issues.
All sessions are customized to you. A few tips when scheduling:
- We can maximize your session time if you complete your paperwork in advance. Check your email; the form is quick and easy.
- We will have plenty of time to discuss your session goals and to determine focus areas together. If this is your first ever massage or first visit with us, we will talk about what to expect. Feel free to ask questions before, during or after your visit.
- All of our sessions are based on time, not type of massage. We often incorporate both relaxation and therapeutic techniques into all sessions. There is an option to add cupping or hot stones to your massage; these sessions do have an add-on cost due to the additional time and cost involved to properly prepare and sanitize these tools to ensure your safety.
- If you are a regular client, we offer something unique – you can schedule a 15 minute “tune-up” to re-visit any existing or to address any new aches between your regular massage schedule.
